Above: "Polished Stone" background.
Below: Ornaments made with multi-
colored leafing flakes under laminate. 
Above: Light bulb is embossed with Holographic
powder on magenta Mirricard. Very hard to see,
but very effective. Black strip is glossy paper em-
bossed with green glitter pine boughs.
Above: Card is done on platinum metallic
cardstock (hard to scan well). Background
of center image is more polished stone technique.

Here is my token holiday kite card.
Each year I try to do a kite-themed
Christmas card for my kiting friends.
This one features crystal glitter 'snow'
on the hills, and pearl white fabric
paint on the tree tips & as falling snow.
The kite is actually stamped on white
ripstop nylon (the stuff our real kites
are made with).
