Cards Page 2
Because it's NEVER too early to start...
Same card as above, but
in a pink theme.
Create cards to fit those
square CD envelopes.
Decorate the envelope
to match! These will cost
extra to mail. You can add a label right
over the front on the acetate, or turn it over and
use the back for addressing.
Keep an eye out for rubber stamps
that match your postage!
This card won StampTalk's 2000 Holiday Card Contest in the Experienced category.
Directions for the contest card at top of page:
On dark green cardstock, stamp pine bough (by Me & Carrie Lou) around edges with silver metallic pigment ink. Emboss with Holograph embossing powder.

Sponge green, maroon, and purple pigment inks onto manila tag. Stamp pine cone (by PSX) randomly around edges of tag. I used green & brown Petal Point pigment inks, direct to stamp.

Make a tag from vellum the same size as manila tag. The vellum I used has flecks of metallics or mylar in it. On this vellum tag, stamp Season's Greetings (by Rubber Stampede) in green pigment ink. Emboss with clear powder.

Cut another tag shape - about 1/8" larger than manila tag - from burgandy cardstock. Tie a ribbon through through the vellum overlay & the manila tag. Mount these to the burgandy tag, and glue the whole thing onto the card.
